PLEASE NOTE:

1) You must first be on our e-mail list to register. 

2) After making a registration selection from the menu below, please provide the names of the attendees and select any options necessary for your registration.

3) You will need to make separate purchase transactions for the "Banquet ONLY" and "Reception ONLY" options as well as for  "Premium Seating."

4) There is NO COST to participate in the "V" en masse Right to Petition event at the White House. Although costumes are preferred, NO costume is required to participate.

Important Notices
About Registering!

 
 
1.  Registration Orders are NON-REFUNDABLE once processed. Our financial commitments for the hotel, banquets, reception etc. cannot be altered once we process your order.  We Thank You for your understanding.

2.  Should you be unable to attend, WTP will make
every effort to assist transferring your Registration
to a 3rd party, of your arrangement, upon special request, and contingent upon confirmation of your payment.  Parties actually attending the conference will need to provide identification for admittance. 

3.  You can register for additional items at any time
but we cannot UPGRADE any Registration after it has been purchased (for example, upgrading a "conference only" package to add a banquet)  Additional items purchased later will use the price in effect at the time additional purchases are made. PLEASE plan your Registration needs accordingly.

4.  The agenda and event speakers are subject to change at any time.  No guarantee as to the conference content can be made by WTP.


ALSO FYI:

 On-line registration will be terminated approximately one week before the event

Unless we announce a "sell out", individuals will be able to register at the conference event venue at any time during the event.  All major credit cards, cash and money orders will be honored for on-location registrations.  Personal checks cannot be accepted at the conference. 

If you choose to register by mail, please allow adequate time for mailing, processing and & funds verification. Prices are effective the day of the postmark.
