The People have reached a watershed moment.

The material issue of fact is the fraudulent jurisdiction of the IRS and the absent, yes, MISSING, legal authority for the IRS to force employers to withhold income taxes from employee paychecks and the lack of authority for the IRS to force the People to file a tax return and to pay income taxes.

Against a backdrop of (a), the government’s gangster-style, brutal, forceful intimidation and enforcement behavior (i.e., unlawfully enforcing the income tax without bona fide legal authority) and (b), the government’s capricious, even freakish, evasion of every opportunity it has been presented with to answer the Peoples’ intelligent and rational petitions regarding such authority, the record of the Citizens’ Truth-In-Taxation Hearing stands uncontested as incontrovertible proof of a government hoax and tyranny of the most pernicious form.  Our nation must respond.

Far beyond the well documented issues that there is no law that actually makes the average American liable for the tax and the widespread violations of due process and other constitutional rights by the IRS, our hearing broke into new and disturbing areas where testimony and evidence revealed, among many things:

• IRS agents illegally manipulate IRS computer data files to unlawfully bypass programming that would legally prohibit any tax enforcement actions because of statutory time limits.
• Massive and illegal manipulation of the core IMF computer database to create fraudulent return records, without legal authority, that are what set in motion the tax collection mechanisms.
• Testimony and detailed evidence from an ex-IRS Revenue Agent detailing fraudulent IRS training classes for IRS agents in which agents are instructed in creating "substitute" returns for non-filers. The fine print of the training materials carefully avoids the mention of individual income tax statutes or 1040s – although that is presumably most of what these agents work on!  Further testimony revealed this is because there is NO legal authority for an agent to create a "substitute" 1040 return.  Internal memos from the IRS’s Office of Counsel clearly show they know a "substitute for return" cannot stand the scrutiny of a direct legal challenge.
• Testimony of IRS Agents initiating levy and seizure enforcement actions when they are clearly not authorized under the law to do so. One ex-IRS agent testified that even though an armed "SWAT" team would show up at a citizen’s home, the IRS was not authorized to actually "seize" it --- they would effectively scare the citizen into fleeing his home, thereby surrendering it "voluntarily" to the government!
• New testimony and evidence uncovering the fraudulent ratification of the 16 Amendment: Far beyond the punctuation and spelling errors cited so casually by legal historians, the hearing delved into new lines of questioning detailing significant and widespread violations of state constitutions which the government clearly knew of in 1913 and that void those states’ amendment votes for all time.
• An alarming government research report from 1957 which details clearly that the federal government does not have legislative jurisdiction within the geographical confines of the fifty states unless very specific legal procedures officially relinquish that jurisdiction to the federal government from the state. The evidence makes it clear that without legislative jurisdiction, there is no power to tax.

In summary, for the first time there is a substantial, unambiguous record of facts, sworn to under oath by credentialed professionals, which support the Peoples’ uncontested charge that the federal income tax, represents the greatest hoax, ever, perpetrated by any government in human history –- and this, in the "freest" nation on earth.

The factual record of the tax hearing is based on the sworn testimony of tax researchers, ex-IRS agents, an ex- IRS counsel that served in IRS’ headquarters in Washington, DC, CPAs, a forensic accountant and tax and constitutional attorneys. Backing up each of the 460 statements of fact are evidentiary documents. 

We have a government that has arrogantly refused to respond to the People as required under the Constitution. The government's inability and unwillingness to confront these charges speaks volumes and has provoked a constitutional crisis that will not retreat without resolution.

As events and initiatives unfold in the coming days each of us must ask, "What does a free people do when faced with governmental tyranny and the loss of rights, liberties and freedoms?" How should the People respond?

More importantly, "How will I respond? What personal responsibility do I have to help end this tyranny? How important is this in my life or my children’s lives? Am I willing to live as a slave? Am I willing to tolerate a government that acts outside the law? Am I willing to commit my children into a future of slavery because I was too comfortable or too scared?

Many of you reading this have not seen any of the hearing -- yet. Within days, we will be posting some short video segments from the hearing so that you can see and feel the "electric" event as it occurred. You will see video glimpses into what history should mark as the turning point in the reclamation of our liberty and our Republic.

We are in the beginning stages of a constitutional crisis that has been triggered by nothing less than a government that refuses to come before the People and publicly establish their bona fide legal authority.

During the coming days, please spread word of these events to your friends and stay ever vigilant as we come together to educate our nation and assert our rights to those principles our Founding Fathers fought and died for.

The bills have come in. The Citizens’ Truth-In-Taxation Hearing cost $ 321,000. This includes attorneys fees, webcast contractors, video crews, direct mail campaigns, conference facility costs, witness’ travel and lodging, computer equipment, equipment rental costs, software, advertising, etc.  We are happy to be able to say that with the assistance of many People, the Foundation has been able to pay $271,000 of those expenses.

Unfortunately, we are short $49,000. Ours is a problem requiring prompt attention. Everyone is respectfully requested to do whatever they can to help us zero out our accounts payable.

The staff of the Foundation are all volunteers. We will continue our educational efforts until there is a constitutionally satisfactory resolution of this issue. Our effectiveness will continue to be directly proportional to our ability to pay for what needs to be done.

We hope you perceive both the value and progress this organization has made to this cause. With more resources we can move more quickly and bring this message to the masses. Your investment will help end tyranny more quickly.

For instance, to make it possible for the People everywhere, as well as editors and reporters of local newspapers, radio and T.V. stations from all over the country to learn of this effort, this Foundation is producing a LIVE, 1-hour press conference on April 8^th that will be broadcast over the internet for FREE. As you may suspect, it costs money to make that happen.

BUT – consider the opportunity this single event presents to educate untold numbers of the uninitiated public and press about this crisis.

What we are doing is unprecedented. This Foundation has created a national presence and is at the forefront of this vital and necessary cause. At the end of the day, however, we have to pay the National Press Club about $3,000 -- and this will still not include the costs of hotel, air travel, press releases, etc. Nor will it be used for or begin to pay for the personal time, technical/computer services, etc. being donated by many people involved with this press conference and who support the ongoing behind the scenes efforts.

Please be generous. Freedom has never been free. The battle is here and now.

The Washington Plaza is 2-3 blocks from McPherson Square, which is where you can hop the Metro (subway) for the short trip to the two stations located on the mall. Both the orange and blue lines of the Metro link McPherson Square, the Smithsonian and So. Capitol Street.

The Foundation is seeking a permit to park our van and billboard trailer on the mall near the Smithsonian, or, alternatively, closer to the Capitol. We plan to have a public gathering on the mall sometime on Sunday, April 14^th. Details will be available later on our website.

Please note that there is an underground rail system linking the House office buildings to the Senate office buildings, which are on opposite sides of the Capitol. Those of you who will be serving your Representative and Senators with a copy of the hearing Record may want to use the rail system, which is available to the public.

As you may know, the IRS appears to be on the warpath. In the last few months it has filed a series of lawsuits against people who have been instrumental in spreading information about the fraudulent jurisdiction of the IRS and the unlawful enforcement of the income tax laws. Many of these lawsuits appear to be aimed at getting a court to order the defendant to "stand still," i.e., to stop talking to other people or in public about the income tax.

For instance, lawsuits have been filed, or may soon be filed against David Bosset, Thurston Bell, Douglas Rosile, the Joy Foundation, Robert Lawrence, Nick Jesson, Dick Simkanin, Al Thompson, Don Schutt, Wayne Benston, Irwin Schiff, Chad Pratter, David Swanson, Institute For Global Prosperity (IGP), and so forth.

While the Foundation does not know many of these people, nor the specific facts and circumstances leading up to their confrontations with the IRS, it would appear to us that we are all aboard the "same boat". We perceive a collective opportunity to work together and force the government into answering many of the hearing questions as part of the trial discovery process that may present itself in many of these cases.

The People and liberty would be well served if the IRS were to be forced by the courts to answer the same 460 questions which were answered at the Citizens’ Truth-In-Taxation Hearing (and the 78 questions which time prevented from being asked).

We also believe the People and liberty would be well served if the discovery phase of these lawsuits were to be coordinated and handled by person(s) who know the rules and procedures and have extensive litigation experience.

We would like to extend our educational activities to the courtrooms where the issue of the legal authority of the IRS is being played out. Testing the attitude of the judiciary can be very educational.

A Very Loose End:  A Heartfelt Thank You

And last, but certainly not least, this nation and this Foundation owe an incredible round of thanks to the legal researchers, scholars, ex-IRS personnel and ordinary Americans who have spent years learning the details of this tyrannical travesty and who have stepped forth with the courage and character to share their work.

Even in the face of prosecution, imprisonment and the ridicule of co-workers, family and the public – this small army of dedicated souls has toiled long and arduously to bring these truths into the light.  Their dedication to freedom and their personal commitment to altering the course of this nation will not go unseen by history. 

Many thanks as well go to those across this country who have helped the researchers, this Foundation and the entire Truth-in-Taxation movement come this far by their gifts of time, spirit, energy, and financial support.  Thank you all.

Our nation now sits poised to open a door that will forever change our history.  As everyday citizens learn of these truths there will be many more that will demand change and answers for themselves.

Let us give flight to the truth.

Let us open our hearts and put this cause in a perspective within our own lives, giving proper reflection as to the true value of life, liberty and freedom.

Let us join together and work in concert to educate our nation, our families, our elected representatives, and even those of our countrymen who may have been deceived by, and work for our own government.

Let us move swiftly, surely and in solidarity to bring closure to this Constitutional crisis in a manner befitting a peaceful, enlightened, and free Sovereign People.
