Overflow & Ovations In Denver
Large Crowd Requires Second Theater
For the second consecutive week, award-winning producer Aaron Russo’s new
feature film, “America…From Freedom to Fascism,” moved an advance screening audience to a standing ovation
-- this time in Denver,
Colorado.
|
|
The
film demonstrates in a most convincing way that America is dominated by
a self-anointed ruling class of intellectual, political and financial
elitists – a would-be ruling class that views our sacred Constitution
and Bill of Rights with contempt as it continues its insidious assault
on individual Rights and America’s historic, essential principles. |
And,
for the second consecutive week, the audience gave a standing ovation to
WTP’s DVD on the Right to Petition. The audience voiced its strong support
for WTP’s historic use of the First Amendment’s Petition Clause to check the
elitists by holding the government accountable to the Constitution.
As was the case in Tucson, the audience donated thousands of dollars to help
WTP meet the costs associated with the Right To Petition lawsuit, including
the events WTP will sponsor in Washington, DC in April.
Due
to an overflow in attendance in Denver, a second theater was opened to show
the two DVDs.
Thanks
in part to WTP’s press releases, newspaper advertising and radio interviews
a significant number of people attended the events in Tucson and Denver who
had no prior knowledge of the subjects presented on the two DVDs and were
not aware of the battle for Freedom going on in America. They expressed
their shock and dismay. Noteworthy is the fact that the two theater managers
on hand in Denver quietly admitted that they too, had watched the two videos
and expressed interest in further supporting the WTP organization.
Packed Denver theater
More photos and audio reports from the
Denver
event have been posted on the WTP Congress’s new “blog” website,
http://wtpcongress.blogspot.com, which is being publicly released for a
trial period and evaluation.
The
next screenings for Russo’s film and the WTP video about the
landmark
Right-to-Petition lawsuit will be next weekend (February
11th) in Austin,
Texas
and on February 18th in Tampa Florida. Mr. Russo is planning to
personally attend the Austin event. See details below.
Because of the growing awareness of the WTP regional events, the Foundation
is attempting to secure, as is practicable, somewhat larger theaters for the
showings and is also adding several new cities to the regional meeting
schedule including Lansing, Michigan (Sunday, March 19) and a special
evening showing in Beverly Hills, California area, tentatively scheduled for
the evening of March 2nd. Several other schedule changes and
additions will be announced this week.
Please remember to check WTP’s home page for the latest schedule
information.

support that our vitally important work moves forward.
We urge all the 1700+ Plaintiffs in the history-making lawsuit, as well as
every other WTP supporter to consider making a significant financial
commitment so that we may conclude what our organization has begun: The
awakening of the soul of America and the reclamation of Freedom.
As Thomas Paine wrote in Common Sense: "We have it in our power to
begin the world anew ”
For each donation of $100, we will promptly
