I would like to introduce myself. My name is Rick Hake. I am the new Oregon State Coordinator. In the beginning I was the State Coordinator until I had to move. Larry Graves took over and did an outstanding job. We are very indebited to Larry, who had to give it up because of time demands of his job & family estate management requirements. He is still with us, but in a less active roll. Larry was and still is an elected Delagate representing Oregon on a National Level.

Welcome, to the Phase 2 of We The People Congress! During Phase 1, Oregon responded with the dedicated hearts of citizens on fire to restore and defend the Constitution and rest back control of our government from those who abuse their positions and power.

We The People Congress made significant progress in organizing the disinfranchised citizens by electing Delegates from each organized state, and formulating the Articles of Freedoms. The AOF were handed to each Governor, Senator, Representative, The Supreme Court Justices and President of The United States, and each State. As Robert Schulz, our Founder and Chairman of the Board, has said repeatedly, "These are the last peaceful steps a free people can take."

Todate the various offices have chosen to ignore us. So Phase 2 is being established. If they won't live up to thier oath to follow the Constitution, then we take the next step, which is still a peaceful, but effective plan. We will establish a Constitutional Law Center which will house a full time Director, with a legal staff, and legal issue monitors around the state. The monitors will be paid a stipend to watch over the government in their area, and report apparent pending Constitutional abuses to the legal staff at the center which will examine the Constitutionality of the impending action, and if warranted file legal action to stop it from going into effect.

One of the problems in todays abusive system is laws are passed with no regard for the Constitutional mandates. They say quite boldly, and in your face, "If you don't like it sue us!" While we would like to, most of us don't have the money to take on the government, who has our tax money to pay them to fight us. So the problems just get worse.

Its going to take some dedicated work to finance this but doable if we all come together like we did to organize the 2009 Congress. Actually the financing is probably the easiest part. We will collect a $25 donation from members. The hard part which will take each one of us spreading the word to build membership. With 3 to 5% of the states population we can accomplish this, and be on the road to unraveling through the courts the mess they have created.

WTP is completely reorganizing. We have learned a lot from the last time. We made a few mistakes, but we won't make them again. Under the old WTP all memberships were cancelled in November of 2011. We need you to rejoin. Go to www.givemeliberty.org and join under the Congress. The minimum membership is still $7 per month, but any additional will be appreciated. After we incorporate the Constitional Lobby we will ask another $25, but that should be a few months off.

We need dedicated citizen patriots for County Coordinators, and Team members. We do not need place holders. So please if you are looking for a title, but don't intend to help, please just be a member. We had a few 'place holders' and I never heard a word out of them. That discourages everyone. I hope to have a cadre of County Coordinators who like officers in a military unit become friends who encourage, help, protect, and enter into battle united and dedicated to the cause.

So, to quote Mr Weller's typing class "Now is the time for all good men to come to the aid of their country." We need those of you who realize that individually we are weak but together we are invinceable. Join with us in this noble cause, for our great nation, our children, and our grandchildren!
