The We The People organization is structured upon two legal instrumentalities in the public interest:

The We The People Foundation For Constitutional Education is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit,
tax deductible foundation whose mission is to carry out an intense, wide ranging educational program to counteract public ignorance and apathy about the law, our Constitutions and our Rights. The Foundation is organized as a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit entity.  Contributions to the Foundation are fully tax deductible.

The We The People Congress is a 501(c)4 not-for-profit, membership based advocacy organization founded to execute activist and lobbying activities the Foundation is not allowed to perform under its corporate charter. Its primary purpose is to institutionalize nationwide citizen vigilance, and through grassroots activism to restore Constitutional order to our Republic. To JOIN the WTP Congress, click here.
