RTP Lawsuit Visibility Program Announced
“Sticker” America From Coast to Coast
The message below is from the WTP Congress New York State Coordinator,
Dan Anderson.
With the objective being to create heightened visibility and support for
the Right-To-Petition class-action lawsuit, Dan is now managing a
program for WTP distributing “Right-to-Petition lawsuit” stickers across
the country.
We encourage all WTP
supporters to consider obtaining some of these stickers and using your
creativity to disseminate them everywhere where the American people may
see the short, direct message about IRS abuse. Getting word out to the
public about the lawsuit will be a factor critical to its ultimate
success. Dan's program offers an effective, lasting and cost
efficient method to accomplish that objective.
Questions about the
program should be directed directly to Dan at
danny313@msn.com.
Please contact the WTP office only about shipping
problems, etc. The stickers may be ordered right now through the
WTP on-line
store and will be shipped beginning in mid-March using 2-3 day
shipping whenever possible. More details below.
Hello,
I want to take this time to make an announcement of a new awareness
program the We The People Organization is putting in place nationally,
within all Counties.
This is a program for the mass distribution of 2"h x 4"w stickers that
announce the lawsuit recently initiated by the Foundation.
Previously, trials have been conducted for this approach within the
State of New York, with great results.
The recent deployment of hundreds of these stickers have resulted in a
very significant rate of response by people who were previously unaware
of our organization. The response continues to come in at the same
rate even after the termination of the test. The test sticker
included a phone number for monitoring purposes.
These stickers are still out there working for us, day and night! And
they probably will continue to do so, until such time as they're
removed. And they're not so easy to remove nor would anyone be inclined
to do so as this is a message that everyone can identify with and
embrace. Their continued presence is very likely, long after they have
been publicly posted or disseminated.
When posted
outdoors, weather conditions will be the most likely cause of their
removal.
The
estimated viewer life span of one well placed sticker in a metropolitan
area is, on the average, approximately 1,000 viewers. That's 500,000
potential viewers per roll. And that's a conservative figure.
With those kind of figures within individual Counties across America, it
clearly won't be long before we're well on our way to significant public
interest and participation in the lawsuit.
The sticker message:
END ALL I.R.S. ABUSE!
JOIN THE CLASS-ACTION LAWSUIT
www.GiveMeLiberty.org
The message is in black font on a white
background. The stickers come in rolls of 500 and 200.
Web-site Purchasing:
The stickers can be purchased right now from the WTP on-line store at
www.GiveMeLiberty.org/store.
Price and Shipping:
The stickers come on a roll of 500 for a total cost of $50, shipping
included.
A roll of 200 stickers is also available for $30, shipping included.
Payment options include Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, Discover, and PayPal.
Payment by cash, money order or check is also available, but in the case
of checks will slow down the shipping until funds clear.
Stickers will begin shipping beginning in mid-March. Shipping
times should be within a few days, starting in mid-March.
Sticker Deployment:
Placement of these is best where there is a heavy, continual, slow or
static stream of people, pedestrians or vehicle traffic are present, day
and night. Rush hour am and pm traffic jams should also be considered.
Use as bumper stickers is also encouraged.
Put one up on the bulletin board at work or at the super-store. Leave a
couple in your shopping cart.
Leave one in your dinner menu at the restaurant or with your tip. Pass
them out at truck stops to drivers.
Hand them out on April 15th at the Post Office or at your
local Home & Garden show. The possibilities are endless!
The important thing I want to impress upon you is to simply sit back and
apply some creative thinking as you imagine yourself moving through the
day, and picture all the people and vehicular traffic flow patterns and
the resultant surroundings. Where is most of the movement, throughout
the day? Who's going where and at what speed? Where are we likely to
have less than one minute of their attention? Where would their
attention be focused? What are the surroundings within their sphere of
vision? Where will they best perceive and be receptive to the phrase
“STOP IRS ABUSE”?
That's where we want to place the stickers. Stickers should be placed on
a reasonably clean dry surface.
As part of
the test it was found that deployment of 10 stickers in the course of
one's workday should be easily attainable. For those that are not
currently employed, round up some friends, divide up the roll and go
have an all-day “sticker party.”
The Intention:
We must all realize that unless and until we "reach out and enlist" the
cooperation of a significant percentage of the general population
negatively affected by the income tax, we can not expect to advance our
goals to the extent necessary. The large percentage of the majority is
not aware of us and the only advertising vehicle available to us to
capture that audience, on the scale we must have, is this program.
Any advertising program is only as good as it's continued presence in
the eyes of the viewer. The sticker longevity will help provide that.
The cost versus the benefit of this program is without question.
Thank You,
Dan
