Robert Schulz, Bill Benson, Joe Banister, Sherry Jackson, John Turner, Nick Jesson, Leonard Roberto, Jim Molen and hundreds of other Americans from across the nation, participate in a Walk-Around the IRS Headquarters Building as part of a public challenge to IRS commissioner Charles Rosotti, and the leaders of the executive and legislative branches.  The demonstrators demand that the federal government make their experts available to meet in a public forum with Bill Benson and Joe Banister and other tax law researchers to argue against the principle conclusions of the tax researchers.

The people are the source of all political power, and all of government is limited by our state and federal constitutions. However, the constitutions do not defend themselves; they just sit there. Citizens must defend constitutions against unconstitutional acts by those wielding governmental power.

The most pernicious form of tyranny is that which disguises itself as a benefactor to its victims. An act of tyranny anywhere is a threat to freedom everywhere. Every unlawful act committed by the government -- whether at the local, state or federal levels -- is an act of tyranny, and we, as responsible Americans, have a duty to maintain vigilance and to respond to acts of governmental tyranny in order to preserve, protect and enhance our rights, freedoms and liberties. As Jefferson repeated, "The price of freedom is eternal vigilance … the eye of vigilance should never be closed… when the government fears the people you have liberty; when the people fear the government you have tyranny."

Citizens across the country are teaming up to educate themselves and others about their rights, about what is really going on in government and about how to professionally, intelligently and rationally confront tyrannical, unconstitutional behavior by government . A "tyranny response team" is taking shape in the country. Started in Colorado, it is spreading across the country. Selected events from April 13th meeting of delegates from the 50 states in Washington DC to deliver income tax Remonstrance to the leaders of the three branches of the federal government: morning speeches by Steve Dasbach, Joe Banister and Bob Schulz; delivery of income tax Remonstrance in afternoon meetings with Jason Furman at the White House, William Koetzle in Speaker Hastert's office at the Capitol, and Keith Hennessey in Senate Majority Leader Lott's office in the Capitol. 

Unedited tapes of the day's activities on April 13th in Washington DC, including scenes of the delegates walking from the National Press Club building to the White House, and from there to the Capitol and from there to the Supreme Court building. The tapes also include other frames that were edited out of the two products listed above.  Citizen delegation meets at the National Press Club, hears speeches by Steve Dasbach and Joe Banister, listens to the reading of the play about the adoption of the Income Tax and the Federal Reserve System, and then walks to the White House, the Capitol and the Supreme Court to deliver the Income Tax Remonstrance for the leaders of the three branches of the federal government.
