Due to the increased severity of government intrusion in the lives of individuals and the absolute total disregard in following the precepts of the United States Constitution by our elected and non-elected officials I have dedicated the rest of my life to help others learn and understand the principles of liberty as understood by the founders of the United States. Personal Statement :
I have always been committed to truth, transparency (full disclosure), and restorative justice in government, community and interpersonally from both spiritual and political perspectives This is a time of major inevitable change that will challenge not only our government and institutions, but us as living beings, collectively and individually- from core beliefs and traditions to ways of interacting with each other as stewards of this Planet Earth. Overall, acting as a delegate utilizes all of my skills as an ombudsman: investigator, mediator, hearing officer, and liaison towards creating viable connections between individual citizens, community, and government. My judicial temperament can provide a balancing bridge between various interests and debate amongst the delegates in order to arrive at well grounded, reasoned, yet innovative solutions to these challenges. I always ask, "What is the highest good under Ultimate Natural Law?" I am a skilled negotiator, collaborator, and mediator with high-endurance character and resiliency who can adapt to a variety of situations and cultural settings. In short, this Congress can be a journey for growth and spritual transformation for us all and our Nation as we actively embrace and wrestle with the issues before it. Personal Statement :
Pension funds pay a salary and benefits at retirement. Any local government can be restructured to meet their annual budget needs "Without" taxes. TRF (Tax Retirement Funds) paying for every City, County, State’s annual budgetary needs! This now makes the people the true owners with government being the true service provider. Government has already shown that a TRF works by example through the management of their own combined multi-trillion dollar collective pension funds! CAFR1 says: Make it law and make it so!People have been conditioned not to look and examine the money involved within government's operations. It is essential that people start realizing the extent government has taken it all over by investment and gross income. The scope of the money flows is where the power rests. This is true from the smallest township to the largest state. The public has been intentionally excluded from this process due to the money involved. It is time that the public regain ownership of this country. That will only happen when and after they comprehend the true money generation realized by their local governments.
