Re: Irvine Meeting March 23, 2003

Dear Mr. Nixon,

Attached is a copy of a letter I sent to the IRS Commissioner on March 15, 2003, to notify him that I have begun to educate officials of private companies that their workers are not subject to withholding, that they are legally not a "withholding agent" and that the individual income tax is fraudulent in its origin and illegal in its operation.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, at 3 PM this Sunday, March 23, 2003, I will be so educating company officials, workers and independent contractors at a meeting at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, located at 17941 Von Karmen Avenue, Irvine California (949-863-1999).

It is my fervent prayer that you will have one or more of your most knowledgeable people attend the meeting, along with one or more knowledgeable people from the office of Debra W. Yang, the U.S. Attorney for the central district of California, to listen to what I will be saying and to let me know if anything I say is faulty or misleading. The material I will be using will be the same as was enclosed with my March 15 letter.
