IMPORTANT NOTICE:
- This site and the organizations it represents have been inactive since 2012 for three reasons: First, Michael Bodine, WTP’s extraordinarily devoted and gifted IT Manager died suddenly in 2012 at the young age of 53; Second, in 2011, founder Bob Schulz decided to focus the development of WTP’s PLAN (to institutionalize citizen vigilance and government accountability) in his home state of New York, allowing WTP’s leaders in other states to use New York as a template for the development of the PLAN in their States; and Third, Bob’s epic struggle against the Government to restore the People’s 1st Amendment Right to Petition the Government for Redress of Grievances has consumed nearly 100% of Bob’s time, mostly in Court. Bob’s struggle is now in its 17th year and Bob believes it is coming to a head. There is a great deal at stake for both sides, the People and the Government. With the restoration of the Right will come a tremendous shift in the ultimate power in our society from the Government to the People where it was meant to reside in the first place.
