WTP Legal Defense Association

Low-Cost Legal Assistance Against IRS for
Thousands Depends on Your Application

We The People Legal Defense Association (WTP-LDA) announces it will no longer require any up-front payment or fee to apply to the association for membership.

This critical change is being made to encourage more individuals and companies to join with thousands of others to form a low-cost, high quality, legal defense association to assist those that have stopped filing and/or withholding against IRS and other taxing authorities that may seek to deprive members of their legal rights. 

It is important to note that the association will not become “activated” until a sufficient number of persons and/or companies apply for WTP-LDA membership.  This is to insure that the full economic and operational viability of the association is assured before it begins to provides services.

Both the WTP-LDA Standard Agreement/Application and application instructions have been modified to reflect this important change. 

As was previously announced, the WTP-LDA will be staffed by full-time attorneys, paralegals and other professionals and armed with the latest in information technology tools. This legal team will provide, at NO ADDITIONAL COST to any member (subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement) direct legal representation, personalized legal advice, document preparation and direct support services in any administrative, civil or criminal proceeding or legal challenge that may be brought against a member, whether a single person or an entire company. 

The potential value of the WTP-LDA should not be underestimated – for either individual members or as a strategic, collective weapon in the war to reclaim our liberty.  By pooling a large number of relatively small financial contributions into a single association funded with a several million dollar budget, each member will have, again, at no additional cost beyond their annual dues, access to state-of-the-art legal advice from professionals with specific expertise in IRS procedures and tactics and US income tax laws. 

For just $250 a year per person, or $500 per year for a company, each member will have access to a team of defense lawyers willing and able to defend against the tyranny of the IRS.

Members need not ever again fear a lonely confrontation against the machinery of the IRS as their drones send letter after threatening letter and unlawfully attempt to coerce payment of this tax.  Licensed attorneys, (both on staff and on retainer) and WTP-LDA professional support personnel, will guide members through the legal battlefield, represent them in direct legal confrontations and will develop new, cutting-edge legal tactics to aid those that have chosen to terminate their “voluntary compliance” with the tax system and exercise their rights under the Constitution and the law. 

One factor alone, will propel the WTP-LDA to become THE force that the IRS will quickly learn to fear.  This factor is what has ultimately been required to repel every despotic force throughout human history:  large numbers of people, massing together, pooling their limited resources and attacking in a focused, cohesive and organized manner. WTP-LDA is the instrument the People will use to that end. 

Applicants that have previously submitted applications to the WTP-LDA will soon receive full refunds for the dues already paid and should reapply immediately using the recently updated WTP-LDA Standard Agreement.

Everyone is urged to quickly contact their friends, families and co-workers and spread the news:  The WTP-LDA is rapidly preparing to activate to provide professional legal services, representation and legal advice to any and all companies and workers that stop filing and/or withholding.  It costs NOTHING to apply and when activated, the WTP-LDA will provide these legal services at these low costs.

Each sunset that passes without reaching “critical mass” means one more day until the madness ends.  Please apply ASAP!
