Fourth Message To Plaintiffs

Editor’s note: The following message is the 4th in a series and was e-mailed today to all the people who have indicated an interest in becoming a member of the plaintiff class in the Right to Petition Lawsuit.

Stats

People from Alabama, Connecticut and Oregon have now declared they will be in DC for the events of July 19th. A family in Wyoming writes to say they are rearranging their schedule.

The following states remain un-represented: Alaska, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Utah, Vermont, W. Virginia, and Wyoming.

Looking for Riders

Lenny Roberto writes: I am planning to attend. I have a van and a car that I would like to fill.  I am attempting to get local Buffalo people to contact me for ride info.  I plan to take Rt. 390 east to Rt. 17 east to 15 south.  From that point I am flexible.  If someone needs a ride have them contact me at 716-683-3484 or 585-344-1797.  We can accommodate about 12 people.

Looking For A Ride

Myztico writes: Is anyone traveling from the NYC area that I can tag along with for the day, or even the night before? They can call me at 917-478-5429. Thanks, as I would really like to attend.

Looking For Roommate(s)

  • William Gomez writes: I am a male, 31 years of age and interested in sharing a room with fellow patriots.  I can be reached at 408-835-0433.

  • Marty Kline (female) is looking for a roommate to share expenses.

The Night Before

Some People have written, asking if there are any activities planned at the hotel on the evening of the 18th. The hotel has always been very good to the We The People organization, allowing us to gather in large numbers in the lobby of the hotel for work, meetings, speeches, etc. The evening of the 18th should be no different. Nothing is planned. It is a good time to socialize, and to meet other Constitutionalists and Petitioners. So, ya’ll come!

Bus Clearinghouse

This is a virtual bus "clearinghouse" and reaches out to hundreds of bus companies nationwide. They have a program online for entering information to prompt them to search for the best carrier to and from any location. Everything can be handled from their website. http://www.coachquotecom/coach_start.html

Joe Banister & Fred Smart Write

Dear Friends

The first message is from Fred Smart in Illinois.  Fred is one of the most dedicated Americans I have ever met.  He has information about bus transportation to D.C. …  I'll see you in D.C.!

Folks:

If anyone from the greater upper Midwest area would like to coordinate plans for travel and lodging for the WTP National Press Club event in DC around July 19th please feel free to call me at 888-606-9379.

Bill Stegmeier has made a general appeal to rent a bus and we can make plans to stop along I-90 through Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio etc. all the way to DC.  I have not personally looked into this, but I would guess that we need at least 30-40+ to make renting a bus worthwhile; The cost savings on gas alone would more than justify the inconvenience of having to get in synch with a defined schedule.

WTP just released a "Second Message to the Plaintiffs" today which contains information on hotel accommodations in DC at the Washington Plaza Hotel which have been secured at some very good rates - $84.00 per night, limit 5 per room - see below.

We would like to encourage everyone to STOP what you and your family are doing and focus on being there in DC to support this crucial final phase of We The People's 5+ year crusade to restore this ancient "lost right" of petition for redress of grievances as we march to the District Court and jointly file a motion "against the United States, IRS and the DOJ, to enjoin and prohibit them from taking any further enforcement or tax collection actions against [us] and every other American who has decided NOT to turn over any of their salaries and wages to the government, pending the government's response to the Petition for Redress by answering its questions challenging the application of a direct, un-apportioned tax on the labor of the working men and women of America as measured by their salaries, wages and compensation. "

To draw from a quote on WTP's release, we are all one of "the thousands of people who have signed up to begin the process of becoming a plaintiff in the Right to Petition class action lawsuit against the federal government seeking a declaration of [our] unalienable Right to enforce [our] fundamental Rights by withholding tax money from the government, and to do so without retaliation - in ANY form, until [our] grievances are redressed, whenever the government refuses to respond to a proper Petition for Redress of Grievances."

Now is not the time to remain in our comfort zones.  It's time to step out into the light of this New Day that is dawning in our world and boldly g o where the great leaders throughout history have been calling us go – i.e., higher and higher toward a New Land where the forces of Freedom, Liberty, Light and Love are singing, calling and shining across the world as from a Great City on the Hill.  This is not the time to stick our heads in the sand or assign claims of judgment for or against anyone or any group who has be en compelled by our Creator to organize and galvanize such actions.

To quote an individual who I have a lot of respect for:

"We can stay in our "safe places" where everything is goodness and light or we can venture out like Gandhi did and like Jesus did and put our peace and love into action."

I agree 10,000%.
